Feathers and crosses. †

Today, I woke up earlier than usual (9 o'clock) to see my man since I was going to a birthday party with my parents around 3pm. Peter and I watched a movie called One Day. :( he said it was boring. I quite liked it. I'm a sucker for romance movies. Even the bad ones *cough* The Last Song *cough*. If a film brings out some kind of real emotion out of me, I WILL LIKE IT. One Day made me cry. Made me cry more than The Vow! Made me cry like I cried when I watched Dear John. I like crying during movies it seems. Don't get me started on animal films. D: I'm so soft-hearted. Look at what Peter has to put up with! After the movie ended, I got ready at his place. We both didn't like the clothes that I brought over so I went back home and changed from pants to shorts and stockings. Then I put on my mum's brown boots- oooooh, I felt stunning! The boots were unexpectedly comfortable. Maybe I'll wear boots more often now that it's winter. :)

Brother didn't join me and my parents because he left to AVCON with my uncle. When I arrived at the scene, I felt so old! I was surrounded by unfamiliar faces and older people. Well it WAS a baby's 1st birthday. Why would young people be here? THEIR LOSS because the theme was friggin' GIGGLE AND HOOT! I was super-duper excited when I saw the table-filled treats and sweets. :D I felt like a proud ABC kid. The baby boy, Matthew, is adorable. When it was time to sing "happy birthday", I didn't care if I knew no one there, I still went up by myself and sang and took photos. Just so I could get my hands on some of the sweets. FOOLS! They used the small plastic plate whereas I went back outside to get a bigger one. HA! I'm satisfied with what I had. :) couldn't fit anymore on my plate without looking greedy.

Took the plate of goodies home to share with Chi but he didn't want any, so more for me and Peter! And thank you to my brother for giving me two of his keyrings that he bought at AVCON. :) next year I will make plans to go since he always comes home with cool things. Last year he bought me a 'Ouran High School Host Club' pillow. Lucky sister, I am. Doesn't the GBA keyring look like BEEMO from Adventure Time!?
